We’ve worked with the UK’s leading cigar specialist for seven years creating a range of celebration packs, gift boxes and sampler kits. Here’s some of our favourite packaging box designs! We are able to advise the best print process for each project to give cost efficiency without compromising quality.

CORRUGATE & FLAT PACK BOXES:

Made from a mixture of plain white cartonboard and corrugated material, these packs provide an attractive, cost effective and
space efficient solution.

Hinged lid box:
C.Gars wanted the branding to extend to the inside of the box without incurring excessive costs. We recommended a litho print
externally due to the high volumes and print detail required and a screen print internally. This helped keep costs down, whilst a matt laminate was used externally to create a premium Finish.

Cracker box:
This fun celebration pack, which can hold 3 tubed cigars, was screen printed with a UV ink to create a high-gloss Finish.

Shell & slide box:
This two-piece box initially started life as a plain white box, but soon had the requirement to be litho printed to match the range.

RIGID PAPER COVERED BOXES:

Our rigid boxes provide a premium solution for C.Gar’s clients seeking a really high-end gift.

Hinged lid box:
This paper covered rigid box includes an insert to hold 5 cigars and a sticker to seal the box. It was litho printed and finished with a matt laminate to create a smooth, luxurious feel.

Base & lid:
This rigid box was litho printed inside and out, but we recommended using two different finishes to keep costs down. A machine varnish was used internally, whilst the exterior was matt laminated.
