The Brief
Lifestyle performance brand Supreme Nutrition tasked BoxMart with creating a premium e-commerce box for new products that were sold exclusively online.
The brief required the pack to not only protect the contents during shipping, but to hold and present a range of different product combinations effectively and in an aesthetically pleasing way to the customer.
It was important that the packaging reflected the brand’s focus on quality and a premium approach to health and nutrition. Notably, the brand’s clientele includes high-profile celebrities and athletes – so the pack had to appeal to this discerning audience, enabling maximum social media exposure and appeal.
BoxMart’s Role
The constructional design team at BoxMart worked closely with the client to deliver a premium yet functional pack.
The box featured a hinged lid and crash lock base, and products were held in place with a number of internal fittings which could be mixed and matched to create a layered and staggered internal design. This versatility allowed up to four different product combinations within the smallest possible footprint in one universal pack.
Production Details
The finished pack’s premium look was delivered thanks to a number of design features, including folds to remove visible raw edges, die cut locking tabs to neatly hold the hinged lid in place for shipping, and a minimalist one colour spot print with a gloss varnish.
Results
By working closely with Supreme Nutrition, BoxMart elevated an e-commerce shipping box to a sleek and premium luxury pack, creating an impactful opening experience which was met with positive feedback from the social media community. The pack featured on many customers’ feeds and garnered numerous five-star reviews and positive feedback including:
