Limited Edition of the Year: Mother's Day Advent Calendar for Lush Cosmetics
This bright and beautiful gift box takes on the unusual and constructionally complex shape of an elongated octagon, with a book-style opening door. Made from fluted board, BoxMart were able to develop a flat packed solution suitable for cost-effective international shipping to the client's global retail outlets. A custom fitting provided apertures for seven different sized product and a removable ribbon closure provided the final finishing touch.
Corrugated: Retail Ready and Point of Sale: Sauce dispenser unit for Chopstix
With the client introducing a new range of dipping sauces into the market, they required a visually striking yet functional unit to help gain maximum impact and sales impact at the counter. We worked with them to develop a unit that utilised a refillable gravity cartridge system, with an main unit with maximum print surface to enable bold branding and impactful graphics.
Corrugated: Online Retail & Consumer Goods: Thornbridge reusable Advent Calendar
Local brewery Thornbridge were keen to develop a new concept in advent calendars, which would stand out in a busy and competitive market. Their vision for 'the most sustainable beer advent calendar' was realised through developing a reusable solution, designed to last multiple seasons as the brand planned to actively market 'refill' beer packs for subsequent years. Each beer was housed in a box which could be opened, closed and refilled the following year, meaning a reduction in waste and a cost effective option for consumers the following year.

Innovation of the Year: Lush Krabby Bathy Bath Bomb Packaging
We love when a customer has a clear vision and concept they need bringing to reality and the Lush Krabby Bathy bath bomb packaging is no exception! A corrugated version of a classic burger box, this fun yet functional box uses a clam shell construction to create an attention grabbing gift box, perfect for gifts and impulse buys. By using a recognisable shape in an out-of-context setting, Lush continue to disrupt the cosmetics gifting market.
Awards will be announced in September and October this year. Fingers firmly crossed!
